This Privacy Policy explains how PVCON Consulting ("PVCON", "we", "us"), the provider of PSMF Manager, collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.psmfmanager.com (the "Website") or contact us about PSMF Manager.
Personal data that our customers process inside the PSMF Manager application is handled under the customer agreement and data processing agreement with that customer, in which the customer is the data controller and PVCON acts as a processor.
1. Who is responsible for your data
PVCON Consulting is the data controller for personal data collected through the Website. You can contact us about privacy at moin@pvcon.in.
2. Data we collect
- Demo and contact requests: name, company, designation, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
- Usage data: pages visited, referring pages, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar information collected through analytics cookies.
- Spam-protection data: information collected by Google reCAPTCHA to verify that form submissions come from a person.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to demo, trial and contact requests and follow up with you about PSMF Manager (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- To understand how the Website is used and improve it (legal basis: your consent, where required for analytics cookies).
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Website:
- Formspree, which receives and delivers form submissions.
- Google (Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA).
- YouTube, for embedded product videos.
- Our hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies
The Website uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

We keep demo and contact request data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
